"What prog/app are you using? I use color splash, but for some reason it doesn't like restoring greens  photoshop elements 11 
Is that for the PC ?"
@Ryan yeah you can get it for the PC.
It's basically a LITE version of Photoshop.
I have the full photoshop, but honestly I don't even use half of it.
Photoshop Elements is only about £60 quid I think. |

I use colour splash effects pro for my Android phone and never had cause to complain
I've also started using sketch artist which was a bundled app on my S3  |

I have colour splash and aviary on my phone. Think I have another one as well as I thought I'd try a few out lol
Aviary has a few other bits and bobs that you can use such as frames, stickers, effects, cropping etc. |

"Are there any free programmes/apps that do this?"
A few on trial versions - but limited use only.
And Evie - I wouldn't know how to create an app if there were instructions!
I just use some software I happened to find in a box when I split up with the ex - think it cost her over £100. And I've still not read the instructions for that.
