Someone using someone else's profile..

I have just been contacted by someone who says they have just purchased a second hand phone and found fab on it. They are using someone else profile and asking questions about how the site works.
I have advised them to log out and create their own profile if they are that interested and also reported every message.
Any other suggestions? |

I thought maybe admin could just change the password so when the real users login and do a password recovery they would get the reminder to their email and not lose their account etc. |

Pretty sure the real owners will still be able to log in on new phone at the same time as someone logged in on old phone. I can log in on both my iPad iPhone and then log in on desktop all at same time. |

Yes but this is more to stop this guy from using it while they are unaware and prevent him from logging in again... |

I would report the issue as if it was me I would prefer to have old account deleted than know someone had been using it without my permission. |

"how would that even work, every time I log into fab I have to put my pass word in?"
I never have to log in. I'm using an iPhone and it never logs me out. |

If you save your password and don't log out it would be in the internet history and still have you logged in.
That's why I log out and don't save my password!

And to all those people who never log out... Maybe you should or when you lose your mobile anyone can access all your personal information... pictures... message your friends on here... see your personal information... change your password and email address.... It's been a bit of an eye opener to me. |
