I love a nice sausage in the morning, and stay in task with this one. Any views on favourite types and ways of cooking them? Mine is from the butches with a fresh uncut loaf. Perfect sun morning snack. |

Ooh I love a sausage - I grill mine, but if you're really feeling decadent, fry them with the onions, hmmm. |

Proper pork sausages cut in half and grilled as healthier and they cook more evenly. Fry some onions in olive oil and serve on a baguette or tiger baton is my choice. Lovely |

We love sausages from a local farmer or from jimmy's Farm if we are up round the Essex/Suffolk border.
We sometimes fry them or sometimes chuck them in the oven.
My (R) mum used to cook them, then split them down the middle and stick them under the grill with cheese on....
Frisky says she loves a sausage in cider... |

"tomato sausages for me."
Quality pork and tomato sauseges are hard to beat. There is a shop in Leeds market that sells mainly sausages. We took the plunge and decided to try some beef and cheddar sausages. They are absolutely divine. |
