Sadly, the pain of missing someone you love when that person doesn't want to see you far outweighs a temporary absence - because it has no resolution other than time and loss and grieving.
Remember how you feel when they are not there and make sure they know it when you are together.
Jeez, I should write greeting cards or something. |

Bet there's been the odd time you've thought of pampering yourself, having some selfish Me Time, now that you can you can't wait for it to finish.

Ok so it was only down to work commitments that i was away from her, but still sucked! The cuddle and look on her face when she saw me tonight was just AMAZING.. i love working, but i know she hates me working and its tough. Still convinced in the long run its for OUR benefit as a family unit  |

Yes as she gets older she'll understand that it's for her benefit. I work stupid hours and feel like my work kids get more of me than my daughter does sometimes but she understands that without me working she'd have no treats, no dance lessons etc and so we make sure our time together is doing things we enjoy x |
