what would you do if someone you know told you , that they got kneffler sysem drome to word 's you cant catch it .its a gentic disorder what happens 1 in 10,000 men and women around the world .the doctor what found this disorder what called dr kneffler a german doctor she done some great work for people like me ,ive might of spell it wrong her name but thats one of the down folds having a sysemdrome what you cant say .hehe well im lucky one now i can bonk any woman knowing that she cant come to my door and say here your child it be a bloody miracle i thought i wud share some info too you all thank you for reading this and hope to read your comments too |

I did kneffler and came up with knefler as it seems to be a name for famous people, loads of them in fact |

Possibly this one:
Klinefelter syndrome or Klinefelter's syndrome named after Harry Klinefelter and its all to do with the XY chromosomes, wikipedia it if you want to know more as it was way too complicated |

Landau–Kleffner syndrome (LKS) — also called infantile acquired aphasia, acquired epileptic aphasia[1] or aphasia with convulsive disorder — is a rare childhood neurological syndrome.

Hard going for sure. Googled the syndrome, spelt wrong which didn't help. Says men affected "could" be infertile.
Meets don't need to know that.

" i do use comdoms but there not ful- proof and with low sperm count i found out i have none now who's lucky |

Yes I know I think but someone else mentioned it above so went on Wikipedia to check it out, was working on his comment that it was named after a female doctor, this is the only one I found |
