Not sex related at all but thought id ask ....my son dropped his ipad mini and the screen has cracked in lots of places...can it be replaced with new. n roughly how much wld it cost. its only 5 weeks old....kids eh x |

If its the same principle as a smart phone screen then yup, surprisingly easy to fix yourself.

The replacement screens/digitizer are only £11.50 on eBay which is cheap. Screwdriver kit is about £3 and watch the video on YouTube and change it yourself. They are easy enough to do. |

It is. Though some of the newer iPads have to be soldered as they obviously realised that plain old ribbon cables could be far too easily replaced by the plebs, thus removing the necessity to visit a 'Genius' or whatever they call the shop assistants in the Apple Store. |

For a decent screen your looking at about £40. Don't go for the cheap ones. They are cheap Chinese imports. You should be able to find someone who will be able to fix it local. I'd charge £65 but I'm in kent so no good. X |
