Perfectly safe!! Fresh urine is sterile, and is perfectly safe to drink. Urine therapy (google it) is a recognised therapy for various ills.

Drink plenty of water to flush things through. Then if you drink alcohol it irritates the waterworks, makes you pee more often and causes you to loose sugar. Where does the sugar go... out in your pee, its better than tap water by now

For the record - its NOT safe if its someone else !

Urine is a waste product. When you introduce more wastes into your system, your body has to work harder to get them out. You can drink your own urine in an emergency or kicks however stay away from others !
