I'm doing it for the Macmillan trust in memory of a very close friend I lost recently.

Anyone else being stoooopid enough to give up booze for the month??

Thank goodness for my other vice otherwise it would be a REALLY long month!!

Yes im detoxing.....no caffeine, alcohol, processed food including wheat, no sugar. Just very healthy fruit, veg, meat and healthy carbs. Day 5 and feeling very good. Think i had some caffeine withdrawal symptoms on the first couple of days as I had a bot of a headache but ok now! X

I am, but not for reasons as honourable as yours in afraid!

I've just given up smoking and figured the temptation if I drink will be too much so I'm laying off the booze until I'm 4 weeks nicotine free.

Most smokers I know also like to have a cigarette after eating. Please tell me you're not starving yourself as well.

I hope you manage to kick the habit, it's life changing.

Haha I could do with losing a few pounds, you could be on to something there!

Alas my will power doesn't stretch to dieting as well!
