That reminded me of the time my dad used to make me take a tablespoon of cod liver oil every day in the winter when I was in primary school. Came back on me all day. Still cant take even cod liver oil tablets bleurgh. |

Try cod liver oil and malt extract. It's like a very big jar of soft liquid toffee. Spoonful a day is delicious. |
