It's a long shot but seeing as there are varied people and different profession on the site hoping someone out there can help lol. Basic of the situation is been told I am being paid more than minimum wage but I can't seem to be able to work out where the extra money is. Any help or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

I'm lost too. You should get a wage slip.that will tell you what you've been paid.

Not everyone gets minimum wage, look on your next wage slip then you'll know your hourly rate

I am lost in a sea of figures lol I have had problems in past with my employers with under payment. And believed I am on minimum wage but they are saying I am on more I give up.

Google what the minimum wage is for your age bracket then compare it with your hourly rate

minimum wage is now £5.03 for those between 18 and 20... and £6.31 for those over 21...

but remember if you are earning more than £149 per week that national insurance will start coming off... and over £181.50 per week that tax will start coming off as well.....
