What are your experiences with the company? Anybody know anyone that works there? Need a bit of information and haven't got time to go to a branch soon and phoning them will cost me a bomb.
Any help would be much appreciated. |

Maybe was a one off but a bit f***ing weird.
Me : Can i withdraw £40?
Them : No you can't.
Me : Why not.
Them : Because you can't.
Me : ( silently : fuck that ) Can i close my account and withdraw the balance in cash?
Them : Certainly Sir, how would you like the £127.**
Me : The first £40 in £20's, the rest as you wish.
Never been back and consistently much better service elsewhere. |

I can't seem to find a chat facility on there, that would be very useful though. I don't use social sites. So a bit stuck  |

I haven't had any issues with them, so much better than the co-operative bank who seriously ripped me off in charges and also Alliance Leicester/Santander |
