Carefully
Seriously, it's not much different from shaving anywhere else. Make sure the hair is moistened (I do it in the shower) then work through it systematically. |

Taking the sharpest thing in your toiletry bag, to the wrinkliest part of ones anatomy is always a hair raising task. I tend to use an electric beard trimmer with a guard on and lots of care, gives a safe close trim. (it's not the same trimer I use on my gave fuzz btw) |

Nice warm water lots of soap, start with the shaft and shave that down to where it meets the body, then shave the pubic area leaving a little landing strip (Mrs liddy doesn't like it completely bald), then careful shave the plums right down to where the skin meets the leg, a really good rinse and then check for hairs I may of missed,
Not an amusing answer but the truth lol |

If I had a Mrs it would be 'with her Razor' as when I did have one (put the violins away) she would use mine.
I trim them with scissors now but last time I shaved them the shaving gel said 'cooling' or something, its was a very strange feeling, I didnt like it. |

I remember her saying that, nothing worse then slapping the gel on, getting a froth, turning the tap off, grabbing your Gilette and thinking 'wtf are those spiders legs doing in there'.
I dont miss it. |

Be very careful with hair removal creams - the skin in that area is pretty sensitive, if you leave the cream on for too long you're in for chemical burns. I speak from experience. |

If you are going to use some form of cream, DO NOT wash the area first!
Washing removes natural oils in the skin, and opens up the pores, you are much more likely to suffer burns or discomfort if you do. |

Wet shave with a razor. Use lots of soap.
Pull tight and go with the "grain"
Plenty of lotion afterwards.
For a softer regrowth, use facial clippers (the smaller ones). dry, but same as before in ensuring tight skin before hair removal. |

I don't go down to the bare skin. I just pull out my hedge trimmers and get a nice trim job going. I cant go full bare because having my dangly bits all clean shaven whilst the rest of my body has decent amounys of hair...well it would look extremely silly. |

this sort of reminded me of when i was in the beauty salon in Sharm i had just had a hair cut and a shave when the next guy was having his don as i sat out side the gut was having his Nasal hair removed by threading, you could see the tears rolling down his face as i sat out side waiting for the mrs, when the guy shouted to me did it hurt you, i replied na it was great , and as he was finishing off i popped my head in the door and said ok i own up i never had my nasal hair threaded i had waxed back in the uk, then i ducked as a cup came flying my way |

"Ok what do you do if you cut your blocks are you men.....men or mouse? "
I can't recall in over 40 years of shaving having ever 'nicked' my bollox. I do no special preparation just shower gel, a razor n away I go. Removing remainder of pubic hair is usually more of a faddle if I go for total removal but these days I sport tight trim topiary |

I am embarrassed to say that I did that once (ONLY once) when I was a naiive teenager! Brut, I think it was! Well, what can I say? I was young and my mum didn't tell me not to! |

How wimpy can ya get?
I use a blunt Bowie knife and iced water from a glacier. Soap? Ha! I don't use soap. A handful of rock from a volcano. |

two disposable razors . preferably bic sensitives .. shaving gel or hair conditioner .. the olov patent method .. put both razors in a sink of hot water.. take one out .. shave a bit . chuck back in sink and take out the other razor and continue .. chuck second razor back in sink and pick up the first one .. all the foam and shavi.gs will easily rinse out now and you have a nice clean quickly rinsed razor to continue .. repeat til finished pulling any wrinkly skin taut .. simples |

You're right! I shave blindfolded too. And drink beer and watch the footie at the same time. Real men multitask. |

Don't go "against the grain", not until you have it all shaven down and smoothed out. Then balm ones self moderately. Be sure to leave a fashionable pair of sideburns in colder weather, your nuts will thank you. |

Use Veet Sensitive. But always try it first on a small area first and follow instructions. Then wait 24 hours to see if any reaction. If not, then it is usually safe to go ahead with whole area.
But apply it straight onto skin without wetting it first as it works far better and faster too. I usually find I rinse it off after 6-7 minutes and results are excellent. |

personally i pluck my ball bag!! i have been doing it for years and so i find that my hair has started to become finer and not as dense. As long as i keep on top of it i normally spend an hour a week spread across a few days. i also use hair trimmers to trim my pubic area and do this once a week. I have tried shaving and the regrowth drives me mad and i think i look better with a short trimmed pubic area rather than a rash and red area |

I reckon half the men on here are fibbing, not one of em has mentionned putting the razor down whilst they have a tug before washing the soap and hairs off.
In reality, it's a doddle, easier than the face/chin area. |

I get the hairdresser to do mine. She was a bit surprised the first time but got stuck in straight away fair play to her. Now she waits until the salon is empty, and pulls the window blinds down
The funniest bit is when she gets me to bend over to look in the mirror. |
