A bit run down at the moment. So tempted to get something really hot to eat. Not sure what though.

I always keep a stock of Shin Cup instant noodle from Korea in the house. It is very spicy and tasty, available via good oriental food shops and some big supermarkets where there is a sizeable oriental population.
