I have just been informed, after working for the same company in the same job for 5 years, that I don't actually have what they consider the relevant qualifications and my pay will be dropping. How much of a piss take!! I've been qualified to do my job for 12 years now. I'm an angry butterfly |

Firstly do you have a contract and what grounds do they have to drop your salary? Personally I would be off leaving them high and dry but I do realise thats not possible for everyone. |
