That usually helps, I have been lying here in darkness with headphones and ambient music... Nothing |

I find the more I try and force myself to sleep the less I do so. Keep chilling out with your music - audiobooks work a treat for me. Sleep will come when your body is ready |

I try to use meditation but my discipline is rubbish. I just get distracted by my thoughts and am still awake 1 hour later |
