I had a shift today that left me exhausted and tearful, it all just got too much to cope with and now I'm absolutely crackered.
So why am I still awake? Why am I fighting sleep?
Does anyone else do this because it feels like a waste of an evening, especially if you don't have to get up the next day.

Sorry to hear you've had a rough day Fornix!
Yes, I'm the same sometimes I get home late and knackered, yet don't want to surrender to bed without some "me time".
So end up sitting up watching, but not following, a movie; or doing something, anything, however badly, just to feel you've done a bit for you today, and it hasn't been all sh1t.
