check now that the bank is closed, if not, it is likely to be Monday
did you verify the sort code and account number that your employers used, it may have bounced back to them if any of the details they used were keyed wrong by them |

"If your payday is today then you should have been paid after 12 today. I'd ring your bank if I were you. Have you had a parsnip to confirm your pay date?"
Oh your typos do make me laugh! |

"yes got my payslip today but nothing in account, just wonderd if it still bossible to be paid at 12 tonight?"
Would be very unusual if it was. What date does it say on it? Are the bank details correct? |

I wouldn't think so it should have been at midnight last night |

Yep! Every time payday falls on a Monday or a weekend!

If your payment date is on a weekend it will go in on the Friday before, after midnight on the Thursday. Bank transactions don't happen on weekends so it won't go in after midnight tonight. |

Hate to argue Evie - mine does!
Also - any DDI's I have going out on a Monday show as forward dated transactions as of midnight! |

Maybe bad news bud. My mate was signing on, getting it paid into a post office account and when he got a job, he was told a po account was only for jobseekers allowance to be paid into. He had to open a bank account for his wages to go into. Maybe you've got a diff sort of account though. |

i always get paid on the 23rd of the month .... it lands in my bank at 0002 on the 23rd. no matter what day of the week
so if you were told your payday is the 28th, then my guess is, when you get uo in the morning, your money will show in your bank ... good luck |

If its a bacs payment it would hit your account at the beginning of pay date as your company have to submit a day in advance with the bank.
If they forget to do the above, chaps payments can be made at anytime throughout the day, so can hit your account at a delayed time (ie not the beginning of the day)
Some bank accounts need all the reference numbers quoted (like traditional building society accounts) else the bank return the fund to the originator within a couple of hours.
You can call your bank provider to see if a payment is pending or been attempted as they can see what's coming in. Most payments sit in a temporary payments mythical place prior to hitting your acc.

Post Office bank accounts are Bank of Ireland.
I'm not sure they even know what year it is across there. |
