i've lost my mojo for exercising i was doing so well!!

i was running 25 mins and doing the shred dvd (although not everyday as i could hardly walk the next day lol)

i think i know what happened but its so annoying!! i want to get back to the running as i want to do some fun runs next year.

Funny you say that. I'm struggling with the gym this week after overdoing the swimming on Sunday. I'm finding it really tough! Hoping its just a blip.

i managed to go to the leisure centre today....had my gym stuff in my bag as well as my swimming stuff but just ended up in the jacuzzi/steam room for an hour lol

Its the time of year ladies.

We can find lots of excuses why not to train and only a few to keep at it.

i havent been out this week but I am going to go out tonight for a run

i'm going to start running on the treadmill tomorrow so when its really dark (no street lights in these parts) i can still get runs in

As the weather gets worse it's a lot harder to motivate yourself ....

Had to drag myself out into the rain at lunch today

Set yourself small targets ... something that will keep you motivated

Find a fun run or 5k to do in October or November and sign up for it.

Or promise yourself a treat for every 5 or 10 runs you do
