i've lost my mojo for exercising i was doing so well!!
i was running 25 mins and doing the shred dvd (although not everyday as i could hardly walk the next day lol)
i think i know what happened but its so annoying!! i want to get back to the running as i want to do some fun runs next year. |

As the weather gets worse it's a lot harder to motivate yourself ....
Had to drag myself out into the rain at lunch today
Set yourself small targets ... something that will keep you motivated
Find a fun run or 5k to do in October or November and sign up for it.
Or promise yourself a treat for every 5 or 10 runs you do |
