I finish a three year contract on Friday.
Should I let some people know that they were complete idiots and nasty humans whilst delivering my leaving speech?  |

No, because it wont benefit you in any way, and remember you never know when you will need help in the future, smile, say how much you have enjoyed your time, and look forward to meeting again in the future. |

I once heard of someone that did similar, several years later he ran his own recruitment company and lost his largest contract when one of the people he slated recognised him after became HR Director at his client.
What would you really gain? You'd lose the respect of those you worked around and burn a lot of bridges. |
