Titz Towers, North Notts |
Born to be Wild - Steppenwolf. I know they have had other songs, but without google or being a serious rock fan, I doubt many people in the street would be able to name many.
NB. this is now the cue for everyone to start shouting out obscure Steppenwolf songs that charted at 96 in the chats of the People's Democratic Republic of Faraway |

"Excerpt from a teenage opera - Keith WestClassic song. Pity the entire projedt wasn't completed. So sad hearing those children asking why he wasn't coming back."
Keith West tried to kick start the project again at a recording studios I worked at in shepherds bush about 10 years ago but it again failed to launch |

"Live It Up" by Mental As Anything.
"Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora.
And how has anyone forgotten to mention probably the most famous one hit wonder ever "Do They Know It's Christmas" by Band Aid. |

"Shaddapa ya face - Joe Dolce
I remember it making no 1 on TOTP. I just could not believe it. "
And keeping "Vienna" by Ultravox off the top spot. The work of the devil if you ask me. The bloke wasn't even Italian. |

"What is your all time fave one hit wonder?"
Too many to list, but to some it up in one category. A few of the children that were in my primary school. All one hit wonders. Although I either hit them too hard or not hard enough as there behaviour went seriously downhill after that |

OOOOHHHHHH I dunno...
I was a kid in the 80's and I'm ashamed of some of the stuff I liked.
Pink Sunshine by Fuzzbox I loved because even at around the age of 10 I wanted to bang most of them.
Toy Soldiers by Martika, though! |
