Excellent tournament, no injuries, didn't win but didn't expect to and learned some death moves from a veteran of jitsu, all in all, very good weekend, how was yours?  |

haha your impressed? I'm surprised, took a few nasty knocks but nothing worse than I usually, unfortunately I did break a guys knee to which I kept saying sorry for, he was ok about it though |

Thats why I dont iron I knew it was bad for the health!!!

Thanks, felt awful afterwards but the guy i hurt was quite proud of his injury after I reeled off everthing thats happened to me in the past he said "well I cant complain really can i?" |
