No problems. But it takes a bit of getting used to.
It feels like they wanted it to look like other phones operating systems but having not seen the latest leapfrog phone (my youngest is 5) I couldn't possibly comment lol |

I updated the iPad yesterday and the whole thing is damn UGLY!
The whole interface looks like it was designed by a 5 year old, the reference to Leapfrog is most apt.
Steve Jobs must be turning on his grave, and the guys at Google laughing their heads off! |

I've seen pictures of the new interface - I'm not a fan, but then again I'm not a fan of Apple.
I believe that they have stripped out a lot of the processing power required for the rendering (drawing) of the screen (removing shadows, minimizing rounded edges etc) in readiness for a cheap Iphone with a lower powered processor - and also to extend battery life and speed.
It does look a bit shit, though!

If it was to extend battery life, they fucked up pretty good. |

Apparently the update enables a lot of services you've probably switched off to preserve battery life - location services, GPS, Bluetooth etc. You need to go and turn them off again (apparently, so I read on the internet)

Yes you are right it does. I currently only have wifi on and my browser app open. I have been browsing Fab for one hour and used 22% of the battery
Good job nobody calls me |

Well if you picked up and didn't ignore that might help
I'm getting use to it now , loving the way the pages hang when going from one site to another and also the page swipe thing. Do agree with it looking childlike though. |
