Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Now he's calling women sluts, in his own party.
He's doing a wonderful job of selling his party.
Even Nigel Farage is annoyed. More because his limelight has been deflected I think. |

Was it last year that had the slut walk in London.
It was rather amusing , they were holding a demonstration in Trafalgar Square and the women were walking around in "sluttish" clothe demonstrating loudly .
It was rather spoilt by a thousand plus naked people of both sexes cycling past around the square and away .
Heh!. |

He used it to mean people not particular with cleaning, a more justified use than the alternate meaning.
Don't have the full story but seems that context was correct too, referring to not cleaning behind the fridge.
Rather a storm in a tea cup but has detracted from other reporting. |

Slut walk is about reclaiming the streets and being able to dress as you like without opprobrium.

The story is the fact he has taken Nigel's limelight away. |

I rather liked the fact that Farage has defended his horrible schoolboy letters by stating: "I was never a fascist, I was a member of The Young Conservatives".
As if that organisation isn't slightly to the right of Genghis Khan |

Oh the smear campaigns are out in force but all the same, tell me of any other old politician that uses the word slut in public speaking and expects us all to take it as a joke. Bloody poor show. |

Yes.
And we were demonstrating about body freedom and being able to be nude without being falsely arrested etc |

On the contray, maybe there's hope yet.
By some accounts eg Huffington Post, most of the women laughed and one even had the audacity to say she wasn't the least bit offended.
Better that than being told what to think and say by the PC pressure groups.

"no fool like an old fool
He's not as foolish as he'd like us to believe.
I reckon the entire thing, including hitting the "journalist" (who got his name wrong) was a set-up."
Hmm that's what we were just thinking watching the reruns of the days events on Ch4 news. |

It must be an awful world you live in, what with all these PC thought police telling you what to think.
I see that the well-known lefty pressure group, the BBC, has been shown in research by Cardiff University to actually have a right-wing bias |

Slut is not a word aimed at 'people'. It's solely a word used to denigrate women. |

Factually incorrect its is aimed at people in general men can be sluts many gay men will refer to promiscuous gay men as sluts. A term originally aimed at women is now used in a multi gender capacity. |

To be fair it was in the context of a joke about not cleaning, sexist though that is, and i think a lot more was made of it than maybe should have been but thats the media for you. I have no truck with UKIP myself and having seen him 'inter_iewed' afterwards, he is a total pratt! |
