No but you can get the app!
Sign up for free and get a certain amount of space....
Then add the app to your phone, it automatically syncs to your dropbox any pictures from your phone.

I wouldn't store anything like that on dropbox.
You can download loads of apps which will hide away your images and don't require you to upload them to a server over which you have no control.
Just do a search for 'vault' or 'private' or 'secret' etc. on the app store. |

My secret folder might be one... Or you can jailbreak your phone and download some software which enables you to password protect individual folders/apps... Very useful, shame apple don't have anything similar. |
