Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I love my yoga class and have been going for 11 years now. I had tried other classes before but large rooms filled with lots of people and impersonal teaching didn't work for me.
Go to a couple of classes as tasters and see what you like. Try a beginners Hatha class or maybe a yoga/pilates fusion class. |

"Yoga/pilates fusion for me. I'm not bendy enough for the serious yoga, and have no balance at all. At least if most of its floor based I don't fall over all the time."
That's because you are stupidly tall! |

"Hatha has been highly recommend. Think I will go with that and see how it goes. "
The key is to find a teacher you can work with. A good one will push you on when you are ready. Even with my arthritis yoga keeps me supple. |
