Do have the TV on or the radio, be ready and a drink of water ready as well. be still in a nice chair do not move about a lot.

have a cuppa to hand in case you dry up. Something warm and wet is better than plain water.
oh and a pen and paper. I sometimes forget odd things like my own d.o.b on the phone and writing it down helps

most follow a capability model and may ask to give a specific example: a lot have the capabilities they look for on the web. they follow a flow where they are looking for you to describe the example as below:
situation: describe it
objective: what was your objective/s
actions: what did you actually do
results: did you achieve your goal or not
aftermath: would you do anything differently if faced with the situation again
the capabilities may be more for a face to face if you get selected after this filtering process
