I think all chocolate bars have shrunk in size over the past few years, but increased in price.
40 years ago I remember the first Freddo chocolate frogs. You could lay one on the palm of an adult hand, and it would cover most of the surface, and they were only 5p!
They're about 50p now, and barely big enough to cover a whole adult middle finger. |

I had a double decker the other day and it seemed to be about the same size as I remember being when I was a kid... |

True - there are some which have kept their original size. Snickers (ex-Marathon) for one has. |
