Does any find looking at large amounts of water relaxing. I find it very peaceful and gives me some great thinking time. Please no sink or bath jokes

Countryside streams running through idyllic woods, gentle drops over boulders pebbles etc, amongst masses of bluebells ain't too shabby either.

Always had the sea at driving/cycling distance, until I moved here. Can't remember the last time I walked along the shoreline.

Southwick

I live a mile from the sea and 300' above sea-level and can see it from where I live

I can stroll along or cycle close to the sea ...I wouldn't live anywhere else.

As the days shorten the sunsets become more dramatic as the sun sinks in the west but over the sea. November is always particularly notable.

If it doesn't move you then....

If I'm stressed and can't be near the sea or a river... I just go turn the bath on and listen to the running water... relaxed and calm before a bath!

yes although Ariel is the little mermaid. Have you ever dragged a sailor to his death with your song?

I am no more than 20 minutes away from the sea in any direction and love it, the Islands beaches are lovely. I couldn't live too far from the sea now, I've been spoilt for over 40 years. I am a mermaid.

OP said not to mention sinks or baths, mind you, I read it as "..as the sun pinks in the west..."
