I had my cock pierced many years ago. At first I liked the novelty of it.
But I found that with sex. If you have sex more than twice in a night. Or wank evan for that matter..lol. It would start to rub like hell.
I wore it for about 4 years then took it out. Not wanted to put it back in since.
You will also loose a lot of sensitivity I found.
Not worn it for 5 happy sex filled years. And yes the sensitivity is back.

I would say don't do it.
I had my cock pierced. It really really hurt when I got it done. It hurt to piss for about 7 days afterwards. When you piss you no longer piss 1 stream you will piss 2 streams. That means no matter where you aim you one stream will miss the toilet. So that means to avoid that happening you piss sitting down. A lot of women I met hated my piercing and asked me to take it out before giving me oral or me penetrating them. |

Wrong size ring 
Everybody is different and even the placing of the original hole will change this but there is a minimum inside diameter (for obvious reasons) and also a maximum outside diameter that is comfortable, if the OD is too big the ring will rub on the side of the urethra . |

Had mine done over 12yrs now never had a single condom break. As for pain some of the other posters must have had a dodgy piercer as the most painful bit for me was the freeze spray.
I can still pee standing up mainly due to tithe fact I have the right size ring in. Also I've not lost any sensitivity at all.
Now for the downside oral can be a nightmare as it will bang teeth and if deep throats what your after forget it, that said once its healed you can whip it out in a second.
And for those that don't meet people with a piercing it does come out |

Hello Ostuey,
what sort of piercing do you want to get, a Prince Albert is not the only way to get a piercing. I have my frenum pierced, which is less obtrusive than a Prince Albert and no pissing problems. Absolutely painless,, quick healing and looks nicer in my view. No problems with any type of sex and your partner may well enjoy the feel of it inside. On poster said 'what if it catches' well it's so smooth that is virtually impossible.
It's that long since mine was done I forget how long I've had it.

Personally I love piercings, they don't effect condoms, and once they are in, you can't really feel them, unless it is a big gauge ring.
Get it done because you want it done, not because a bunch of women say they won't meet you if you have it done. Face it, they probably won't meet you anyway.
I have genital piercings, and I won't take them out for men or women, they are a part of me, and I have them for me, I'll turn down a meeting rather than change me.
