Maybe it's just that time of year with all the students about - but bugger me - I'm feeling old every time I hit a bar recently!

Nonsense I am your age and just about to start my 2nd year in uni and I go out partying with my much younger uni friends. When I am around them I feel much younger and they are a lot of fun to be around as they have less responsibilities. The key is to find younger friends. |

My wonderful yoga teacher will be 68 this year. She goes clubbing once a month or so spending the whole weekend up and dancing. Then off to work on Monday and back home in the evening to teach a yoga class.
Come to a class with me (it's all busty women) and she'll get you feeling young again. |
