Haha, I was gonna say just that!! Lots of gravy - cabbage - body saying 'I want iron' I reckon, it's a midwinter meal!!

Why would anyone want to eat an organ which spent its life filtering crap out of an animals circulatory system?!!!

Its akin to eating kidney - the organ responsible for straining a lifetimes worth of piss!
