I can confidently say, if I remember these threads in the morning u will not be having toast and I will thoroughly check the butter before using it for a long time to come!

i have breakfast as been a cleaner i need food so have 2 weetabix at 5.15 but cpl of hours later when my tummy rumbles i say to myself thats my breakfast gone i've just worked it off

Bit of fruit. Piece of wholemeal toast and a nice strong 5 0r 6 strength coffee.
