Banadages......... 
bought a "cold" bandage the other day and they good for aches and sprains etc etc....
well i have my hand in a splint at the mo and thought..........
I know i will try that bandage out instead.
Well.no one told me you have to ring um out first
Kin soaked everything. lmao
all running down me arm and onto the sofa etc.
