A world of my own

Just got a new phone, a Blackberry Curve. Now I'm not hugely technically minded and it looks bloody complicated and the keys are so small I need a magnifying glass but hey ho, anyone else got one? How do you find it to use?

I have a blackberry curve too.... great for keeping an eye on the forums while waiting at the doctors. I've even posted occasionally using it.

Fancy an Iphone, but o2 won't do it on the £25 / 18month tariff.

Well they will but the phone isn't free

Till then I'll stick to it's poor cousin, Nokia 5800 'Express Music'

They are great when you get the hang of it. Far better for email and the net. Read your manual and go th the blackberry website.

My Blackberry Curve has been in my wardrobe since July only started using it at Christmas as my daughter was eyeing it up! Slow to load internet, resent paying £2.50 to Blackberry on top of Web n Walk. Turned it off for first time other day took an hour to find out how to turn it back on!

Took some pictures couldn't find where they were stored! Two degrees and can't turn on a phone: going back to Nokia!

Had Nokias for years but got really cheesed off when they messed about with the Communicator series.

Had heard horror stories about WinMob based phones but now have an HTC Touch Pro 2 and although not perfect, it's streets ahead of my last Nokia!

It does the things which the Nokia Communicator used to do!

Blackberry's are fine if you need to be in constant e-mail contact, but otherwise they're just another phone.
