I hope it's not just me. When chatting to someone and you seem to be getting on. They say something that makes you think that you don't want to continue. In a respectful way you tell them you will stop chatting. You then get sworn at etc. It's human nature I suppose to retaliate but I find it difficult sometimes not to. I don't say anything back and glad I don't as five minutes later I've usually forgotten about it but it's difficult to ignore the initial impulse. |

I have had that too although it is rare as most if the guys here are respectful
But you do get the odd one or two

I know exactly what you mean but retaliation is a waste of my time and finger tips. I don't usually do it.
Next time , don't say you no longer want to chat. Just say .... Got to go spuds are boiling. Then never come back ( not literally ) just block em half an hour later. |
