Having somewhere to play does make it easier, I have found since dedicating a house to fun, I get plenty of visitors.

When I was on here as a single there was a period of around 6months when I couldn't accommodate and I found meets noticeably harder to get than when I could accommodate.

Yes it does help. Look through the forums a lot of couples and females will not meet single men unless they can accommodate
