So, it's not entirely possible that said vehicle owner could possibly be waiting for someone parked up or a gazillion different resons and slide the seat back whilsat stationary and remove the clit rub?..

Behind the wheel does not mean driving.... If you are caught by the police sat behind the steering wheel and no keys in the ignition but on you and you are d*unk you would still be done for drink driving ..... And as a mechanic I have found quite a few strange things over they years in customers cars while looking for locking nut and service book.....  |
