But in the case of the last posting, straight to the point. Obviously we can discuss any issues this posting may have caused. We can all rest assured that the best possible outcome will be achieved by honest, forthright and vigorous debate. If this mediating fails to correct said issues we can refer back to the original statement for clarification and a resolution. |

It depends on the situation. At work, as a manager, I have to be diplomatic. But I do try to be straight to the point in a diplomatic way. But yes, some people are so thick that being diplomatic just doesn't work sometimes. |

I try to address things diplomatically first and if that does not work I become less diplomatic. Of course it depends on circumstances, whether it is at work or private business including family. |

Yes I am diplomatic, only those with poor communication skills wouldnt be.
In my professional life it is essential that I am diplomatic but I always ensure that the information I am giving is clear.
On an Internet forum debate and difference of opinions and the written word can be interpreted differently. I don't sugar coat my words but I hope that I'm not rude. |
