whitechapel for the yuppies now though i believe?,i was down there some years back in construction trade and it was being re-furbed for the yuppies in the nearby city businesses. |

They tried to yuppify it, but with not much success, though they had more luck just down the road at Aldgate. The biggest change to Whitechapel recently has been the extension to the Royal London Hospital, but it's still a shithole if truth be told. |

It seems to be adopting a more supernatural tone in this series. Did anyone notice donald pleasnace's daughter in part 1? I thought she had something to do with it, being of famous acting stock, rather than a small role that led to nothing |

As for the area, pop in for lunch at the Whitechapel Gallery and have a look at the art too.

Have been trying to work out how to post this. But a relative is in Whitechapel and I promised him at a wedding that I would watch this season. I've got the latest episode to watch this weekend, I'll probably do it tomorrow. |
