I now have really irritated eyes.. I've tried washing it out and eye drops.. cold flannel .. any other ideas.. it's also set my allergies off...

Weak tepid salt water once every hour, keep the tears flowing and rinse. Sorry to hear that, sounds like a stinger.
Alternative advice - if it turns out you actually enjoyed this all along, try rubbing your eyes after chopping and handling chillies |

According to the COSHH data sheet for Shake N Vac, the First Aid recommendations for the product are:
"If substances has got into eyes, immediately wash out with plenty of water for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists." |

Either buy a piano and see if you have become a piano playing genius, or follow the more sensible advice above.
I can't be the only person who thought that this was a spunk in the eye type event? |

"All these perfectly good answers going to waste. Due to the op going blind and not being able to read them!" lol this one made me chuckle. If it is still hurting it has to be an accident and emergency dept.

It's still a little irritated but not so bad now.. opted for constant washing of my eyes.
I do make them do it themselves.. this is my cleaning rather than kids cleaning.. i.e. take all the stuff out from under the bed and shoved into the wardrobe...
Every so often I have to do it. |
