On the plus side you are listening and making an effort to change. You are creating threads and hopefully you'll join in other forum threads.
Your profile isn't shouting now but says very little of interest. It's an advert for you to sell yourself. If you want to leave out the bits about you no one knows whether you are belong on the biscuit aisle or with the dried lentils.
A little less time starting threads now and more time on your profile and you might just hit a winning formula.
