Let me think, am I competent in using chopsticks?
Since I have been using them as young as I was allowed to sit at the table on a proper chair, I believe so! 
Try chasing those little round mushrooms around a plate, or picking up a grain of rice using them, and the ultimate tests: eat spare ribs or chicken wings with them! |

Can eat peas and a single grain of rice
Can also prepare an aromatic duck roll with them
TBH never though of tring to eact a rib with them

I have tried them but was hopeless, most of my Meal ended up on the Table  |

I only use chopsticks in a chinese restaurant (unless of course I am having soup, the duck pancakes or the minced stuff wrapped in lettuce leaves.
OK I cheat a little I use a knife and fork first to cut the large chunks down to a chopstickableymanageable size |

lol at this – I love chopsticks – using them actually makes me sit back and savour the food, think about the flavour combination as I cant get a bit of everything on them.
As an aside I also notice I eat less and feel equally as full after eating a meal this way - so all good.

cant use the fuckin things to save my life
which is just as well really
have to say love chinese food tho and my 2 fave restaurants are the Mandarin in Victoria st and the Tea house in Bold street both in Liverpool of course. |
