Peaches hun it could well be the amount of pain killers your taking thats screwing up your sleep patterns.
Up until last year I could sleep for Scotland but ever since the doc prescribed loads (over 20 per day) I cant sleep for any length of time now, Im lucky if I can get 4 hours uninterupted.
Now I just doze when I can, often sleeping on the sofa.

But at work i get told off when i doze on the sofa..
Know what ya mean. take 184 tabs aweek
And yes its gonna make differences to everything.
But back at the ozzy tomorrow and hopefully reducing them |

Nothing worse than dozing off in a meeting and hearing a cough realising you dozed off. I used to do that loads I even got my doc to write me a letter explaining it was the pain killers for my boss, worse tho was knowing nothing I could do would help
Now Steven has the kids warned the second they walk in the front door "mums sleeping no fighting over the jam", strange thing is I seem to know exactly when he walks out the door to collect them and I wake up, no matter how long I have been asleep

I got to get up at 5am. ooooooooh no pills needed, an orgasm gets me right off
