New to this.

I am writing something and I need to describe the noise a leather dress makes when it falls to the floor after being unzipped from behind by a sexy guy.

I just can't think.. a flump, a slither??

Thanks if you can help.

Penny.

Would you put a heavy zip in an expensive soft leather dress? I doubt it.

A biker jacket certainly but a soft leather dress would get something less rugged.

The noise might also depend on what the dress is lined with.

I'd go for...

...slid and crumpled to the floor with a warm heavey sigh....

Or

... folded to the floor with the sound of a warm body pressing against you ...

I'll defer to your greater knowledge in this matter.

The last time I bought a leather dress (actually it was a skirt) for anyone, it came from Campus on Eldon.

That'll date it for older weegies.

Dorset

she heard her soft leather dress fell almost silently onto the wooden floor, just a small metallic sound could be heard from the zipper, she was sure he could hear the pounding from her heart has she stepped one foot from the dress and her heel clicked against the wood, wrapping her foot around the dress she kicked it to one side and her other heel then clicked against the wood, she could feel the cold from the wall on her back has she was pushed against it her wrists held tightly by his grasp... something like that??
