e-cigs are great we tried patches etc and failed but not had a real ciggy since starting on the e-cigs and wouldn't thank you for one! good luck

6 months I been on electric for and I find I smoke way more than I did real smokes !! It's very appealing

best thing iv done is buy 1 good luck and enjoy the many juices out there but buy a spare as it comes in handy

Has anyone tried hypnosis? I thought it was codswallop but recently a mate tried it and she's not had a cig since. She smoked for 30 years and she's now been 12 weeks non-smoking!
