Every day there seems to be someone (usually single male) who posts what is termed a "Look at me!" post. It is usually a "What is wrong with my profile?" or even "Is my cock too small?"
How do the forumites _iew these posts. Are they a waste of space or do you find them a worthy contribution? 
P.S. PLEASE do not look at my profile; this is not a look at me post. LOL  |

Some people take the time to give constructive feedback, but on the whole I think the op will get ripped apart with mickey taking.

All posts are look at me unless you've set your filters to block everyone. And even then people are still looking.
I think the purely look at me are tedious but threads with a discussion or game make looking more interesting. |

We all need a little advice from time to time though maybe it would be better to read other threads before starting another, if only to see the sarcy comments you could be letting yourself in for. |

You think ? I don't believe the discussion ones are if they have a decent topic. I believe they are generated to stimulate thought although yes, no doubt I look at the op's profile out of interest to see who I'm engaging with. |

I do post on occasions on a variety of topics and, whilst there is an increase of looks, it is not what one would expect from a look at me post.

Agree that we all must want people to look at us, otherwise our profiles would be hidden. As for the blatant look at me with no real discussion points, they bore me so I won't comment on them. |

It's a free for all forum!!! I guess by the post titles u can sometimes tell what kind of subject it is, we all have a choice to comment or not!
I think some are genuinely looking for advice and can get hurt by what some people put but u need to develop a thick skin being on here lol |
