How would you deal with a neighbour causing a lot of noise, for example banging late at night, moving furniture at around midnight? Any suggestions welcome |

"How would you deal with a neighbour causing a lot of noise, for example banging late at night, moving furniture at around midnight? Any suggestions welcome " Keep ma diary. Contact your local council and report them. Ignore the council's immediate "have you spoken to them yet?". It's their job.Failing that put a window through and knock shit out of them.(no witnesses though) Worked a treat for me. |

Then contact your local authority regarding a noise abatement order. |

"Well I shouldn't have to do either of those really. No one should have to put up with that amount of noise "
Then ignore it, if you don't choose to follow the normal path then no one can make you.... |

I've spoken to them, I've put a complaint in with the council. I don't see why I should have to move cos someone else is being inconsiderate. My point is that I'm quiet at night because I understand people need peace, she doesn't care and will make noise till whatever time she pleases, with no thought for anyone else |

"Just whack some music on really loud first thing in the morning "
This will be happening tomorrow, she's having a party all her mates shouting and banging about. Grizzly is up at 5 so he knocked on to ask her to be a bit quieter and got a door slammed in his face. She's a prick |
