Canada have finally broken their jinx of being the only host nation not to have won a gold medal during their own games.....it's taken three attempts...but well done to Alexandre Bilodeau who won the Men's Mogul....and well done to all the other athletes winning medals too  |

Yes, but after the recent death of the Swiss competitor, the Irish have thrown a spanner into the whole works as their Bobsliegh team has refused to compete until the course has been gritted.
