I've lost just over a stone in 5 weeks, only one more stone to go to get down to my ideal weight again!

On this diet I don't eat any bread, potatoes or pasta and run 3 miles 5 times a week and one 8 to 10 mile run a week... And I still enjoy a tipple

It's easy this dieting lark... NOT!!

I reckon not eating bread has been the most difficult thing in the world... I'd love to smash a cheese sandwich in right now! Bread is like a drug!

No it isn't, I'm not a big fan of them actually.. It's more about the shape of ones manhood

I've lost 10lbs in a month by cutting right back on carbs (I only have them for brekkie). Bread actually is pretty bad, especially the way its made these days.

I'd say the key thing for me is exercise, I have a great calorie counter app on my phone called My Fitness Pal, you put in your credentials and how much you want to lose and it tells you how much you can eat each day, then you scan barcodes if food and add in what your eating, or add exercises etc and it lets you know where you are.. It's worked for me so far!

.... Summer coming to an end , and I've also lost 6.5kg,,,, potatoes n bread mmmmm ., but no ,,,,, taking up an early morning swim at 630am ,,,, and giving cigs up after 24 yrs aaaarrrgh ,,,,, if your going to do it , do it ,,,,the hardest part is sticking to it and not letting it creep back ??

I gave it up and its hard as hell.....but you soon get used to not eating it....

Have lost 2 stone 5pounds in just under 4 months its a slow process but feel much more happy inside and out. Losing weight in most part but not the chest is there any possible exercise I can do to reduce breast tissue
