I look like the hunch back I can't stand up straight I am trying to get ready for work but not sure it's such a good idea,....

I've totally overdone it this weekend. Doesn't help that my new mattress is stiff as a board !! I'm hoping a hot shower will sort me out, work later..

Hope it feels better soon.

Try laying on the floor draw both knees into your chest and gently stretch. Its helped my back after a work injury. Recommended by a back care specialist. Start physio next week.

I did mine a couple of weeks back now

Exercise and hot baths ... but dont put too much pressure on it

Try a cat stretch too: get on all fours, creep your hands along the floor as far in front of you as you can then push back with your hips.

I cracked a disc in my spine a few years ago..its awful but go get it checked i could tell you some exersizes to do but backs are so complex it could do more harm.

Hope it eases x

Don't go to work! Stay in and get better x I always have some Voltarol tablets and also the gel just in case!

Call your doctor, hopefully he does house calls!!
