Hope it feels better soon.
Try laying on the floor draw both knees into your chest and gently stretch. Its helped my back after a work injury. Recommended by a back care specialist. Start physio next week. |

Try a cat stretch too: get on all fours, creep your hands along the floor as far in front of you as you can then push back with your hips. |

I cracked a disc in my spine a few years ago..its awful but go get it checked i could tell you some exersizes to do but backs are so complex it could do more harm.
